     Recent issue has presented the maintenance management system of PMII. It is the system developed on the standard of CMMS in form of web application. This issue will continue to mention the command of maintenance which can develop further to CBM (Condition Base Maintenance) system for informing the irregularity of equipment. It leads to the determination of guideline for correction before the emergency breakdown (BM: Breakdown Maintenance).

การวางแผนบำรุงรักษาเชิงคุณภาพ
      การบำรุงรักษาตามแผน เป็นกิจกรรมที่นำโดยบุคลากรฝ่ายบำรุงรักษา และมีผู้ปฏิบัติการมีส่วนร่วม ซึ่งกิจกรรมประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมประจำวันและการให้บริการตามรอบเวลาที่มีการหยุดเดินเครื่องรวมทั้งกิจกรรมปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรที่มุ่งขจัดความขัดข้องและการหยุดเดินเครื่องส่วนการบำรุงรักษาด้วยตนเอง เป็นการมอบหมายบทบาทหลักให้พนักงานระดับปฏิบัติการ ซึ่งแตกต่างจากการบำรุงรักษาเชิงวางแผนที่ดำเนินการโดยผู้ชำนาญการบำรุงรักษา โดยมีเป้าหมายหลัก คือ
